For more than three decades, I have operated at the intersection of executive leadership, technology, and higher education—advising business owners, C-suite executives, and senior leaders who are responsible for driving results at the highest levels. My journey began in the sciences, with aspirations of becoming a physicist, but as technology reshaped the global landscape, I pivoted into information technology and built my career in an industry where representation was scarce and expectations were relentless.
I did not just survive in that environment—I mastered it. Navigating spaces that were not designed for me sharpened my strategic thinking, strengthened my resolve, and refined a polished executive presence that commands respect the moment I enter a room.
As my family grew, I recognized the structural limitations of corporate culture and transitioned into higher education, where I expanded my leadership influence across diverse teams, disciplines, and industries. In both corporate and academic arenas, one truth became clear: many individuals are truly prepared to operate with clarity, conviction, and impact.
That realization fueled my pursuit of a PhD in Organizational Leadership and solidified my mission—to equip high-capacity professionals with the mindset, presence, and strategy required to lead life decisively in complex environments.
