As a small town girl labeled as an outcast, Dr. Hubbard fought through many life challenges and the battles to become a first generation college graduate in her family, earning 4 degrees and other credentials from institutions that include LSU and Harvard Business School.
Dr. Hubbard uses her experience from her personal journey and struggles of being a female in a "man's world", to help you identify your strengths, overcome your obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. From the male dominated field of IT, to executive boardrooms, to college classrooms, she has worked alongside CEOs, CIOs, presidents, senior leaders, and adult learners—mastering the art of presence, confidence, and strategic thinking at every level. She has learned how to navigate the true art and science of presence.
