As a small town girl labeled as an outcast, Dr. Hubbard fought through many life challenges and the battles of the unknown world of higher education to become a first generation college graduate in her family, earning 4 degrees and other credentials from institutions that include LSU and Harvard BSO. Having 25+ years of experience in IT and higher education, she has learned how to navigate the true art and science of leadership.
Dr. Hubbard uses her experience from her personal journey and struggles of being a female in a "man's world", to help you identify your strengths, overcome your obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. Her workshops, coaching sessions and speaking events ignite a passion for success and helps you find the energy you need to POWER UP! she is a certified coach who empowers clients to unlock their worth and step boldly into their potential.
