As a small town girl labeled as an outcast, Dr. Hubbard fought through many life challenges and the battles of the unknown world of higher education to become a first generation college graduate in her family, earning 4 degrees and other credentials from institutions that include LSU and Harvard BSO. Having 25+ years of experience in IT and higher education, she has learned how to navigate the true art and science of leadership.
Dr. Hubbard uses her experience from her personal journey and struggles of being a female in a "man's world", to help you identify your strengths, overcome your obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.
